Executive Travel Services offers a variety of premium transportation services including private car services, private and commercial airport transfers, corporate travel, any special events, and sightseeing tours throughout Saint Louis.

Executive Travel Services recommends that you make a reservation 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we can accommodate live reservations for right away. We will do our best to estimate the vehicle time of arrival but in order to avoid the wait, we strongly suggest making a reservation in advance at no additional charge.

You will receive email and text confirmation from Executive Travel Services letting you know if your request has been accepted. Please keep in mind that reservations request isn’t final until you receive confirmation and form of payment has been successfully made. Your receipt will automatically be sent.

Yes our dispatch system will automatically send you a text and email notifications as soon as the vehicle is on its way, so you know your driver’s name contact detail 90 to 60 minutes before your pickup time. Please contact us directly if you wish to have your drivers details earlier than 90 minutes before pickup.

For your convenience, Executive Travel Services offers a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Complimentary 60 minutes wait at the airport. If additional time is needed, an extra waiting charge will apply. Our goal is to provide reliable and timely ground transportation tailored to your needs.

The client is responsible for being in the vehicle at the time of pick-up, even if the client did not receive a call from Executive Travel Services. Executive Travel Services cannot be responsible for calls which are not going through, or when a client provides a telephone for callbacks that are not working, or that’s going to voice mail.
Waiting time charges starts from the scheduled time of pick-up.

Your credit card is charged the due amount at the time of booking.

You can always ask your driver for a cash receipt. If you forget, please call us to request a copy of your receipt.

We accept cash and all major credit cards such as: Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover card.

Gratuity is not included in the service charge. Gratuity remains optional and is entirely at your discretion.

Yes, our vehicles can be equipped with child seats upon request to ensure the safety and comfort of your little ones during the journey. Please note it must be checked by the parent/carer of the child and fitted correctly. The parent/carer is responsible for the safety of the child at all times.

Unfortunately, drivers cannot leave their vehicles unattended, but they will be pleased to assist you with your luggage from the sidewalk to the vehicle.

All animals excluding service animals must be kenneled to board vehicle.

If an item is lost or left behind while using our service, we recommend calling the driver directly. In the event you cannot get in contact with the provider you should submit a claim on our website.
