By accessing this website www.executivetravelservices.com, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Executive Travel Services website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Ireland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using Executive Travel Service’s website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Dublin Chauffeur Service’s privacy policy.
Most of the modern day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have zero tolerance policy against harassments, discrimination, and rudeness either verbally or in writing against our employees and contractors. In such an event, we reserve full rights to withdraw our goods and services to consumers effective immediately. Full money paid for goods and services won’t be refundable.

Waiting Time

We understand that third party circumstances may not allow you to reach the pickup location on time. This is why we provide a free waiting time service.

AIRPORT PICKUPS

The first 60 minutes of waiting time is included in the hire price and starts from the moment the plane has landed. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate based on our current tariff at the time of the journey.

ALL OTHER PICKUP LOCATIONS


The first 15 minutes of waiting time is included in the hire price and starts from the booked pickup time, even if your driver arrived early. If you request your driver to wait, the next 15 minutes will be charged at $1.35 per minute. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate based on our current tariff at the time of the trip.

No Shows

If the client fails to arrive at his/her collection point No Refund will be issued. We will always try to make contact with the Client or the Booking contact before the driver is instructed to leave.

Amendments to Bookings

Please ensure when booking that accurate details are provided. Any subsequent changes after your confirmation has been issued please refer to your reservation number. Executive Travel Services reserves the right not to accept amendments to booking if made less than 24 hours prior pickup.

Prices
The booked price is guaranteed to remain the same as quoted at time of reservation as long as no alteration has been made to the itinerary after the reservation has been made. Any alterations made to the journey itinerary after the reservation has been made will be charged accordingly. Extra journeys or duties requested by clients on the day, where possible, will be charged at the hourly rate. 

Additional Stops

The price quoted for One Way Transfers is valid for a start and destination address. If a ride is spontaneously lengthened (distance or number of hours) according to the wish of the Guest, the actual service will be newly calculated and priced according to the price structure below:
* Additional stop within a 2km range of the direct route will be charged at a fixe rate of $15.00
* Additional stop within 2km to 5km of the direct route will be charged at a fixe rate of $25.00
* Additional stop within 5km to 10km of the direct route will be charged at a fixe rate of $35.00
* Additional stop within 10km to 15km of the direct route will be charged at a fixe rate of $45.00
* Waiting time during the stopover will be billed at $1.35/minute

Hourly Bookings

It is possible to choose between One Way Transfers and Hourly Bookings. If booked by the hour, a minimum hire of 1 hours is requested. Each hour booked includes a distance of 20km in the hire price. Additional kilometres will be charged $2.50/km

Once the 1-hour minimum has been met, we will charge on an hourly basis, with charges beginning after the first 15 minutes of the next hour.

Confirmations

All bookings are given a unique reservation number and are emailed to the client. We would ask you to check the details on this confirmation for accuracy. Please refer to your reservation number for any alterations or cancellations.

Insurance
 
The vehicles/drivers of Executive Travel Services are fully insured including Public Liability Insurance.

Route

The route taken is at the driver’s discretion. The driver will take the best possible route and in the event of heavy traffic congestion, he/she will amend the route if necessary and endeavour to deliver passengers to their destination on time. Executive Travel Services do not accept responsibility for any delays, missed appointments or travel arrangements. Always allow plenty of time for your trip.

Children

Executive Travel Services will provide child seats at an additional cost. If a child seat is required for your trip it must be requested at the time of booking. It must be checked by the parent/carer of the child and fitted correctly. The parent/carer is responsible for the safety of the child at all times.

Smoking

Executive Travel Services operates a strict No Smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Pets

Guide dogs are allowed in our vehicles but must be declared at the time of reservation.

Responsibility

Executive Travel Service do not accept responsibility for the following: delays due to adverse weather conditions; theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicles unless caused by a member of our staff; delays caused by road traffic accidents; other traffic conditions or acts of God; any passenger leaving possessions or items in the vehicle does so at their own risk.

Damage

If any of our vehicles are damaged or soiled as a result of passengers’ actions, we will charge the client fully for the amount to rectify the vehicle and for time lost whilst the vehicle was taken out of the fleet.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the client’s discretion and are not included in the price. If the client wishes to make a gratuity payment, he/she may request this be charged at their discretion.

 

Passenger Safety.

1. All vehicles provided by Executive Travel Services will be equipped with seatbelts and it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they are worn at all times whilst in the vehicle.
2. We accept no liability for loss, damage, death or bodily injury that can be attributed to a passenger’s failure to wear a seatbelt or other restraint device that was available for their use and in working order. When children are travelling it is the responsibility of the accompanying parent or guardian to ensure that the child is protected by a restraint system appropriate to the child’s age and size


Bookings

1. We will only accept bookings placed with us by email, telephone, our web booking facility, App or third-party Booking Portal.
2. On receipt of your booking we will confirm receipt and email you a booking confirmation.
3. If for any reason you don’t receive a booking confirmation it is the bookers responsibility to request the confirmation.
4. A booking is only confirmed when you have received the confirmation (which includes the relevant booking reference
numbers)
5. It is the Booker’s responsibility to check the booking confirmation for any errors. Executive Travel Services will not accept any liability for errors in service resulting from incorrect booking confirmations.
6. Bookings placed via a Booking Portal will receive confirmation directly from the Booking Portal. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in this type of confirmation.
7. Payment details are required to secure the booking.
8. Executive Travel Services reserves the right to refuse any booking.
9. The Client is liable for charges reasonably and properly incurred from the time the vehicle is assigned to the booking until completion of the assignment.

 

Unavoidable Cancellations

1. We will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we or our subcontractors / affiliates could not foresee or avoid. These events
can include, but are not limited to war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of such activity, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or any other disaster and all similar events outside of our control.

1. If Executive Travel Services cancels a booking, we shall have no liability to the client or intended passenger if we have used all reasonable endeavours to fulfil the booking and to notify the client of the cancellation in due time.

 

Personal Effects

1. Passengers are at all times solely responsible for the whereabouts and safekeeping of their luggage and other personal effects.
Executive Travel Services accepts no liability for loss or damage to any personal items under any circumstances.
